Charles was found lost and alone in Kampala, where a kind-hearted woman brought him to the police, reporting him as a missing child. Despite efforts to trace his family, no relatives were found.

Initially placed at different Centre, Charles was later transferred to Good Future and Hope Ministries to receive the care and protection he needs.
