Kenneth
Kenneth’s story is another heartbreaking tale of abandonment. He was found left alone in the compound of Old Kampala police station. Detectives and witnesses said they saw a woman with the boy at the station, but before anyone noticed, she escaped, leaving little Kenneth completely by himself.
The child was abandoned with a black bag containing children's clothes and shoes. Inside the bag, there was also a small note attached, saying, "His father has died." The police officers who found him ensured he was taken to a center for care and protection. From there, his case was handed over to social workers, and Kenneth was referred to Good Future and Hope Ministries.
Kenneth, a young boy without a family and without any explanation, has been through something no child should ever experience.
