Operation cost of Rescue Center

The Rescue Center is one of the units that we cannot plan properly from a financial perspective as we cannot “plan” how many children are brought in by Police and authorities. We have averages and those are the figures we plan for,  however we often get more kids than we had planned for and then simply “make it happen”.
